# What the warranty covers

Ninety days on labour and a full year on genuine OEM parts, from the date of the repair. What that covers, what it does not, and how a claim is handled.

## The two numbers

- Labour: 90 days. If the fault we diagnosed comes back inside that
  window, the return visit costs nothing — no second diagnostic, no second trip charge.
- Parts: 365 days. Genuine OEM parts carry a full year, four times
  the labour window, because the part came through the Wolf supply chain.
- The clock starts the day the repair is finished and the appliance is handed back
  working, not the day you called and not the day the part was ordered.

## What it covers

The fault we identified, the part we fitted, and the work we did to fit it. A part that
fails on its own inside the parts year is replaced free, and there is no labour charge
for refitting it, because refitting it is the same job we already did.

## What it does not cover

- A different fault. That is a new diagnosis.
- Damage from a supply event after the repair. A storm transient that takes out a board
  six weeks later is not a defect in the board.
- Anything opened, adjusted or worked on by somebody else in the meantime.
- Wear items consumed in normal use, and cosmetic damage that was already there.
- A second unit. The warranty attaches to the appliance we worked on, at the address we
  worked on it.

## How a claim goes

Call +1 (904) 867-2707 and say it is a warranty return. We hold the service record, and it
lists the part number that went in. Warranty returns are scheduled inside the same hours
as everything else and are not put behind new bookings.

Kindling Range Service is an independent shop. This is our own promise about our own workmanship
and the parts we supply. It is not administered on behalf of Wolf, and it
neither extends nor replaces any warranty that came with the appliance when it was new.
If the unit is still inside its original coverage, say so when you call — depending on
the fault, that route may cost you less than going through us.

## Before the warranty is even relevant

$129 flat diagnostic, credited toward the repair when you go ahead with it. You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labour is billed.

EPA Section 608 certified technicians. Licensed and insured in the State of Florida.
